The room above has pets, stained carpet, and the sub floor is stained directly above the corroded ducts. THis is from pet urination. A home inspector has to be able to "connect the dots" with his/her observations. A simple answer which inspectors make frequently is "this is normal condensation", and which is completely wrong!
