This wall and ceiling mold is a result of a ongoing leaking roof. Note the patched section of ceiling, a gypsum board section was replaced but not the leak, consequently, the damage and mold continued. The leakage wetted the electrical panel interior, requiring replacement. This roof needs to be replaced to stop the re-occurring and continuing damage, that is causing health and safety hazards.
