The black asphalt roofing felt paper at the top interior of this electrical panel ingeniously deflects the water penetrating from the rotting service entry cable, around the circuit breakers, dripping on and corroded some of them, continuing into the Sara Lee pound cake pan. The one-pound size fits fine in the bottom of the panel, except this aluminum pan is precariously close to the two hot/live buss bars which can cause explosion and or electrocution. (not good). This installation has only eleven circuits and they are all single strand aluminum, which is no longer used, as known to overheat, loosen connections, and cause arcing and fire. Needless to say, complete replacement is needed.
