These obsolete Zinsco panels have a nasty habit of burning up the bus bars. This particular one is also used as a sub panel and has only a three wire feed, with a joined ground and neutral. Now a four wire feed is needed with those separated. This panel should be replaced as is a safety and fire hazard.
