Here is the apparatus for the unused buried oil tank that no one saw (owner, sales people, etc.), or saw and said nothing, or knew anything about. Pretty obvious, especially since there was a filler pipe in the front lawn that you can trip over. Buyer beware! This house was being sold "as is", so I guess disclosure of material defects and conditions is unecessary!
