Didn't anyone tell the guy who installed this interior type tank outside he isn't supposed to? Turns out it rusted and leaked. "Inside tank" means put it inside for a reason, now it is a problem, not to mention it is not adequately supported...patio blocks on the dirt don't count. See the other close up photo.
