This boiler chimney flue needs to be cleaned out immediately. The chimney connector is inserted into the chimney too far (“deadheaded”). Debris can easily block flow. This needs immediate repair. Combustion gasses that need to exit out of the chimney which can't can back-up into the house. This is hazardous for the occupants.
