We don't mean the railroad siding, although that had to be checked also. "The exterior siding and trim on the caboose is in need of replacement as rotted." Regarding the RR siding- "Insure the bedroom wheels are chocked properly to prevent unwanted rolling and disconnection from the house". This is a new one for our library. We also mention in the report that the wood stove is sitting directly on the carpet inside and is the only source of heat for this guest bedroom. "The fore and aft couplings and air brakes are excluded from the inspection." We wonder how this caboose got here.
